A crawlspace in Xenia, Illinois needed sealed and extra support for the floor beams. To address these issues, Woods first installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. This is a tarp made from a highly durable material that seals the bottom of the home from insects and moisture. They also installed the SmartJack System. Foreman Joshua B. then traveled to the home to get the job started. The CleanSpace Encapsulation System, pictured above, is a heavy duty liner that is installed on the floor and up the walls of the crawl space. It acts as a vapor barrier and completely seals the crawl space from the earth.
