Foreman James L. and his team installed the CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system. CleanSpace is an inorganic vapor barrier that keeps water and mold away from the area. 

Stopping all the leaks in this Fairfield, Illinois basement included the installation of our WaterGuard® drainage system and ThermalDry® wall covering for the block foundation so that the homeowner could finish the basement again...for the last time. Repairing the bowing walls were also important for the sake of the warranty and resell value!

As part of our WaterGuard waterproofing system, the customers selected the TwinPack Sump Pump with a primary and secondary pump. In case of primary pump failure, the secondary pump will kick in. Also, the pumps can work in unison in the case of a large volume of water.
