These Fairfield, IL homeowners had a WaterGuard waterproofing system installed in their home. This system included the WaterGuard drainage system, a new sump pump with a primary and secondary pump, as well as the IceGuard on the exterior of the home.

The IceGuard protects the basement from sump pump overflow in the case of frozen or clogged main discharge lines. It allows the water to safely escape from the basement to the outside of the home.

A concrete porch in Fairfield, IL was settling, causing cracks to appear and become uneven. To solve this issue, Woods injected the PolyLevel System into the concrete. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slab back up. NexusPro Joint Sealant was also used to seal the joints and cracks in the concrete. This will provide long-lasting flexibility and will stand up to harsh weather conditions. This porch will remain level and stable for years to come!

Foreman Jeremy R installed a PowerBrace Assembly, shown above. The PowerBrace is a long metal beam and will attach to the walls and keep them from bending any further than they already have.  It will also be able to straighten the walls over time.

Foreman Jeremy R installed a PowerBrace Assembly, shown above in Bart and Cheryl’s basement. The Geo-Lock Wall Anchor has two ends, one will attach to a stable level of soil away from the house. The other will attach to the basement wall, the device can also be tightened which will straighten the walls over time.
