This before and after shows images of a concrete sidewalk before we restored it with PolyLEVEL. The cracking, uneven concrete is an indicator that a PolyLEVEL restoration is needed.

Homeowners in Elsberry, MO had water leaking into their crawl space and needed it sealed.  Woods Basement Systems installed the CleanSpace Basement Wall System into their crawl space.  This system provides a vapor barrier for the walls and floor around the crawl space to drain wall leaks and stop the water vapor from permeating the walls.  The barrier also adds a clean and bright atmosphere to the crawl space.  The homeowners were excited to finally have a clean and dry basement for years to come!

Mauri and Michael C. of Lake St. Louis, Missouri were troubled by their old waterproofing system. The old sump pump was unreliable and its openness allowed moisture to enter their basement. System design specialist Adam R. designed a solution to keep their basement dry.

Foreman Jose L. installed the TwinPack sump pump system. TwinPack is equipped with two pumps to ensure the basement stays dry. It is sealed closed, so water and moisture cannot escape into the basement. Mauri and Michael can now enjoy their dry, comfortable basement worry-free.

Brenda R. of Lake St. Louis, MO had water leaking into her basement. She had an old sump pump that was not working properly and it was allowing water to stand in the basement. Woods Basement Systems installed a sump pump to provide a way to get water out of the basement. The sump pump will pump water out of the basement through the discharge line into the yard. Brenda will no longer have to worry about her sump pump being outdated.

Lori T. of Lake Saint Louis, MO had a concrete driveway and walkway that was very uneven. The concrete slabs of the driveway and walkway had sunken over the years and created numbers cracks and tripping hazards. As seen in the picture, there was a gap about three and a half inches between the driveway and garage which made it difficult to pull in the car so she called Woods Basement Systems. Woods recommended PolyLevel.

PolyLevel is an expanding polymer foam that was injected under the concrete slabs of the driveway and walkway. It lifts and levels the concrete, as can be seen in the picture, and cures quickly: it can be driven on and used in about 15 minutes which is much less downtime than traditional mudjacking.
