Foreman Juan H used PolyLevel on the portion of the patio shown above. He injected it into the concrete which raised up the sinking portion. The injection leaves behind a dime-sized hole that will be filled in with concrete.

Michael D was concerned about the bowing walls in his basement. So, he decided to call Woods Basement Systems. System Design Specialist Todd M was able to come up with a solution to the problem.

A Geo-Lock Wall Anchor, shown above, was installed in Michael’s basement. The Wall Anchor has two ends, one will attach to stable soil away from the house, and the other will attach to the basement walls. Over time the device will be able to straighten the walls.

Lake Saint Louis homeowner Eliana had water stains throughout her basement and was worried about what that meant for the well being of her basement. She gave Woods Basement Systems a call and Team Woods developed a plan for her, 

Foreman Greg and his crew installed the WaterGuard system around the perimeter of the home to collect the water the came in before it got onto the floor. Our clog-free design catches water from behind, below, and down the wall. The WtaerGuard then directs the water to the sump pump to be removed from the home. Our discharge lines run far enough away from the home to stop more problems from occurring. 

Eliana now has a clean, dry basement she can use. 

Nobody wants water in their basement, and this Lake St. Louis homeowner was no exception. Faced with constant basement wall leaks during heavy rains, she contacted the experts at Woods Basement System. A Woods team installed several waterproofing products, including under-floor WaterGuard drains and a TripleSafe sump pump. This before & after shows a work-in-progress shot taken before the WaterGuard drains and the majority of the TripleSafe sump pump were installed as well as the finished product.

A concrete driveway in Lake Saint Louis, MO was settling, causing the slabs to become uneven. To solve this issue, Woods injected the PolyLevel System into the concrete. This will stabilize, lift, and level the slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. NexusPro Joint Sealant was also added to seal the joints and cracks in the concrete. This will provide long-lasting flexibility and will stand up to harsh weather conditions. This driveway will remain stable and level for years to come!
