WaterGuard Installed in Olivette, MO

Water leaking into a basement can mean major clean up. Toni R. of Olivette, MO knew this all too well. Water would leak into her basement each time it rained, staining the walls and causing mold growth so she called Woods Basement Systems. Woods found the best solution for her water problem would be a basement waterproofing system.

WaterGuard was installed as part of the waterproofing system. As shown in the pictures, WaterGuard is installed under the concrete floors along the perimeter of the basement. It is situated away from the “mud zone,” so it won’t get clogged as it collects water from the foundation walls and floors and takes it to the sump pump for removal.
