Waterguard Installation in St. Clair, MO

Norman S. discovered that his home's basement was collecting water after heavy rain showers. He did not want to have to worry about cleaning up a mess every time it stormed, so he called Woods Basement Systems. 

Design specialist Jake S. assessed the situation and decided that the best option was to install a Twin Pack sump pump and a Waterguard drainage system. Foreman Melvin F. then traveled to the home to get the job started.

The Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, was placed above the footing of the basement and was then covered with concrete. The Waterguard collects any water seeping up from the ground before it reaches the surface of the basement. It then drains it to the sump pump.

Norman S. no longer has to worry about his home's basement flooding. He now has a dry and waterproof home.
