TripleSafe Sump Pump Replaces Old Wildwood, MO Pump

Wildwood, MO homeowner Tanya F. had an old sump pump, which caused her to worry about the water damage she may encounter should it fail. She contacted Woods Basement Systems to learn about other options.

Design specialist Mike T. evaluated the home and determined that a TripleSafe sump pump equipped with a primary, secondary, and battery back up pump, would be the best solution. He also suggested replacing the discharge line and moving it to a new location.

Foreman Jose L. and his crew replaced the old pump with the new sump pump, installed the battery back up and discharge line, and included the IceGuard on the exterior of the home. This will prevent water from backing up in the basement should the exterior discharge line clog or freeze.

Tanya is now confident in the sump pump system in her basement.
