Weldon Springs, MO Cracks & Leaks Resolved

This Weldon Springs, Missouri basement suffered from foundation settlement, leaking walls, and basement flooding.  The homeowners would vacuum up as much as 10 gallons of water during heavy rains.

Woods Basement Systems installed the CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier system to seal off the cracked and leaky basement walls, the WaterGuard perimeter drainage system, and the TripleSafe sump pump system with battery backup.  The foundation was also piered to prevent further settlement.
