Caprice B. of St. Louis, Missouri, had water leaking into her basement, so she decided to call Woods Basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, Brenton K. was able to recommend installing a TripleSafe sump pump, CleanSpace, and WaterGuard. 

Foreman, Juan H. installed the products. The TripleSafe sump pump uses a primary pump, secondary pump, and a backup battery-powered pump to keep your home protected all year round. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that is attached to the wall and it collects water that seeps through the basement walls. The WaterGuard is located in the perimeter of the basement floor and it takes the collected water from the CleanSpace and guides it to the sump pump to be removed from the home. 

Now Caprice B. has a dry basement. 

A sump pump was malfunctioning in Creve Coeur, MO, so it was replaced with a TripleSafe Sump Pump System. This system assures protection from everyday problems with an ordinary pump. It can handle a heavy flow of water, thanks to a secondary pump included inside that will help eliminate the water if the first pump is unable to keep up with the amount of water that is entering it. It also features a removable airtight lid which reduces noise, prevents objects from falling in, and keeps moisture, insects, and odor from coming out of the sump.
