The constant moisture had damaged valuables and furniture, and it made the space almost impossible to use effectively. In order to waterproof the basement, a Woods Basement Systems team installed WaterGuard drains underneath the floor at the base of the leaking walls to catch any and wall water and prevent it from making it into the space.

Water was leaking from a wall and floor joint in a Saint Louis, MO basement, causing stains and mold to appear. To solve this issue, Woods installed the WaterGuard Perimeter Drainage System. These pipes intercept water at the wall and floor joint of the basement and drain it towards the sump system to then be pumped out. This basement will stay dry for years to come!
