A basement in Saint Louis, Missouri, had some water seepage issues. There was a preexisting sump pump already in place, however, the water was not able to get to the sump pump to be removed. Woods came in and installed a French drain system to rectify this issue. The WaterGuard System collects water and directs it to the sump pump nearby. Specialized pipes are laid directly underneath the floor and sit on top of the soil to prevent clogging from dirt or other debris. With this system in place, the water will have no issues getting to the sump pump so it can be directed outside and away from the home.
