The WaterGuard system effectively traps water at the perimeter of the wall and guides excess water to the sump pump. Foreman, Jose L. installed the products. The TripleSafe sump pump has a three-in-one design which includes a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery-powered backup pump. The pump is able to keep your home dry and protected all year round with its extra added three pumps. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier made of inorganic materials, so it does not support mold growth. It is attached to the foundation walls where water is leaking in and it helps to collect the water that seeps through the walls. WaterGuard is installed in the perimeter of the floor below the CleanSpace. It takes the collected water and guides it to the sum pump in order for it to be removed from the home.

This South St. Louis home was plagued with leaks anytime it rained.
