To solve this issue, WaterGuard™ was used to collect the water that entered the basement and direct it to the nearest sump pump. The Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, was placed above the footing of the basement and was then covered with concrete. The Waterguard collects any water seeping up from the ground before it reaches the surface of the basement. It then drains it to the sump pump.
