Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

In order to give a naturally damp environment of a basement, our team decided to install CleanSpace Basement Wall, which is a vapor barrier on the wall for protecting the room. Water was coming down the basement walls in a basement in Springfield, IL, causing damage to them as well as the carpet. To solve this issue, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed behind the drywall. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the walls and drain any leaks down to the WaterGuard System. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system which will then pump this water out of the house. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain clean and dry for years to come!

Before this wet, Springfield, Illinois basement had visible water damage on the walls and floor. This drainage system will collect and direct all pesky water leaks towards the home' s sump pump system.

These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will drain water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharge it out of the house. This system also includes an UltraSump battery backup system, which turns on if the power goes out and effectively pumps out the water. This basement will remain dry and clean for years to come thanks to these systems!

IceGuard provides an exit for water in the event that the discharge lines become frozen or clogged. With these three systems, Jessica will never have to worry about a wet basement.
