Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This Willow Hill, Illinois basement was plagued with water leaks during heavy periods of rain. Water would leak out of cracks in the foundation walls and stream onto the floor. Knowing where water is leaking into the basement is one thing and adding all the right products to make sure all the leaks are controlled to make sure the basement will stay dry all the time in something else.  The walk out door in the garage was below grade and in the fall leaves clog the outside drain and water would come under the outside door and then go under the insdie door to the basement.  Our Trench drain with sump pump near by took care of this leak once and for all.  Also, adding a sump pump systems with a battery back up provided that extra protection for power outages and peace of mind when away traveling.
