Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

While talking to the System Design Specialist, they discussed the option of repairing his foundation with our patented PowerBrace Piers. Happy with the work done in his home previously, he decided to have the Woods Team come out to his home again to repair his foundation. The PowerBrace System was installed in just one day and the crew left his home on perfect condition. Homeowners wanted to update their outdated dehumidifier in Fenton, MO, so it was replaced with our SaniDry Sedona. This efficient, high-capacity, dehumidification system also includes an air filtration system, all in a single unit. This system wrings the air dry, and its powerful blower moves the dry air in and around the area. It also automatically drains the water it catches into the sump system, so there is no need to empty any bucket with this system. This basement will now stay dry all the time!

As part of that waterproofing system, Woods installed WaterGuard. As shown in the pictures, it is installed underneath the concrete floors, along the perimeter of the basement. It’s a drainage system that won’t become clogged by mud as it collects water from the foundation walls and floors of the basement and carries it away to the sump pump for removal.

WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter of the basement. As seen in the picture, it’s installed under the concrete floor of the basement and has a special wall flange and channel holes to collect water from foundation wall and floors and drain it to the sump pump for removal. WaterGuard sits on top of the concrete footing of the home so won’t become clogged with mud or silt like traditional french drain systems.

Design specialist John S. assessed the situation and decided the perfect option was to install a BrightWall paneling system, a Waterguard drainage system, and a TripleSafe sump pump. Foreman Josh B. then headed to the home to start the job.

Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, was installed above the footing of the basement. It collects any water rising from the ground before it reaches the surface of the basement. It then drains the water to the sump pump.

Bob M. no longer has to worry about his home's basement collecting water after heavy rain storms. He now has a dry and waterproof basement.
