Basement Waterproofing - Away from the Wall

In this section of the home WaterGuard™ could not be installed on top of the foundation where it usually sits. Instead, a waterproofing trench is dug a bit away from the wall and a drainage system is installed there to collect water from below the floor before it can leak up and damage the walls.
