Efficient and quick

They came out to check on our system, and Dave was simply great!  They did the work and cleaned up after themselves, and everything was very good.

Outside complete, for now, but NOT inside basement. Wall leaking mud and water clogging the drainage system. Wall splintered after original work, need another channel. When inside work is completed will need to revisit outside as dirt and seeding will settle. 

Jacob and his crew were great to work with and explained the process from start to finish. Work area was prepped and cleaned up after work was complete.

Many thanks to the people at Woods Basement Systems for your help in 1995. As you may recall, during the spring, I had basement problems due to the incessant rains. My specific problem was that the water table was higher than my basement floor and water was seeping into the basement between the floor and the wall, as well as coming through two wall cracks. As I explained to your secretary over the telephone, this could not have happened at a worse time as my son was to get married the next week in Dalls, Texas and I was afraid to leave the house. The entire trip would require that I be in Dallas for a minimum of four days, but the rains continued. I was in a fix and truly needed help. As a result, I began calling waterproofing companies. To my frustration they were all busy and could not respond to my need for anywhere from one to three weeks. I was in trouble. I decided to try one more company: Woods Basement Systems. This time, I had better luck. The lady at Woods was truly understanding and a salesman was dispatched to my home that afternoon. It was his opinion that the front wall needed to be waterproofed, while the remaining walls could be left alone. Woods was nice enough to move my job ahead of a couple of others and reported to work the following day. Their crew arrived right on time and got the job done in one day. Again, many thanks.
