Since having the basment waterproofed, we have been able to enjoy carpet that we couldn't get when the basement was leaking! Our technician was very friendly, pleasant and professional. Woods Basment Systems was thorough and we are completely satisfied.

Your technician was very good and friendly.  He explained everything very well.  Your service gives me "Peace of Mind".

Your technician was great, and next year I plan on asking for Garth again.  Your service gives me Piece of Mind that everything is working like it should be.  I don't have any suggestions to make to make your service better, BUT I want to BRAG on Garth and tell you he was more than I expected with his knowledge and his showing me how things worked.  I am relieved to understand it more....GREAT TECH!!!!

About 10 years ago I had a leak in the basement and your rep told me how to take care of that leak myself.  It was an outside drainage issue but with all the rain this spring and fall I knew I need your help.  It was more than I could handle but not for you, it's nice and dry now.  Thanks for getting out to do the work so quickly too.

I was very satisfied with the work that was performed. I had a good experience with the technician. The greatest benefit is that I have no more flooding in the basement.
