I had an annual maintenance performed by Dave Palmer on my SaniDry and waterproofing. He was extremely professional and extremely proficient. In the past I had issues with rescheduling due to demand, which I understand, but it left a bad taste about the company. After the service, I believe Woods rocks and employs some excellent, quality people.
