Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A homeowner from Byrnes Mill, Missouri wanted to finally waterproof and update her crawl space, and she knew you to call. Once she reached out to Woods Basement Systems, she was quickly connected with system design specialist, John S., who worked with her to find a permanent way to clean up and waterproof her crawl space.

John gave the recommendation of installing a CleanSpace vapor barrier system onto the walls and floor to seal the crawl space while also giving the space a fresh new look. Head foreman, Jesse C. installed the CleanSpace barrier system. Jesse led his team of installers to quickly and efficiently install the new system into Connie's dirty crawl space. 

This Hillsboro, Missouri crawl space was unprotected from the elements due to the lack of an encapsulation system. Team Woods installed a CleanSpace vapor barrier system to seal and maintain a clean crawl space. 

This Desloge, MO crawlspace had flooded after a heavy rain came through. To prevent this from happening again, Woods installed a CleanSpace Liner. This will isolate the crawlspace from the earth, and keep it free of insects, water, and mold. Next, a SmartSump was installed to pump any water that gets in out of the house. Lastly, the SmartJack System was installed to stabilize crawlspace beams and floor joists. These will lift the floors above the crawlspace back toward their original elevation and reduce floor bounce caused by weakened floor joists or excessive spans. This crawlspace is now waterproof and will no longer flood!
