William J. from Eureka, Missouri was looking for a way to clean and brighten up his crawlspace. Crawlspaces like the one in William's home are exposed to the earth, which means they are exposed to mold, fungus, rot, and critters. A home with a dirt crawlspace costs more energy to heat and cool, and more energy costs more money.
Concerned, William decided to call Woods Basement Systems to fix his crawlspace problem. Foreman Micheal Rebenstorff installed a CleanSpace Liner to the floors and walls of William's crawlspace. The CleanSpace Liner has an antimicrobial additive manufactured to the material, which prevents mold growth on the liner. Williams crawlspace is now sealed from the earth, making his home easier to cool and heat.

Sandy W. of St. Peters, Missouri discovered that water was entering her home after heavy rain showers. She did not want to have to clean up a mess after every storm, so she called Woods Basement Systems.
Design specialist Luke K. assessed the situation and came up with the best solution possible. Foreman Melvin F. then traveled to the home to install a Twin Pack sump pump, a CleanSpace wall system, and a Waterguard drainage system.
