Moisture was entering a crawlspace in O'Fallon, MO, creating a damp and musty environment and allowing mold to grow. To solve this issue, the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed. This will completely isolate the crawlspace from the earth and reduce the humidity level. Any mold growth will also be eliminated, making the whole house healthier. The white color will also brighten the crawlspace and make it easier to see inside it. This crawlspace will now remain clean and dry for years to come!

Moisture was entering a crawlspace in Ironton, MO, and the support beams needed additional support. To solve these issues, the CleanSpace Encapsulation System was installed. This will completely isolate the crawlspace from the earth, dramatically reducing the humidity level. This will also eliminate mold growth and make the whole house healthier. The white finished side will brighten the crawlspace and allow one to see inside easily. Next, the SmartJack System was installed. This will stabilize the beams and floor joists in the crawlspace and lift the floor above it back toward its original elevation. Floor bounce caused by weakened joists or excessive spans will also be reduced. Thanks to these systems, this crawlspace will remain dry and stable for years to come!

William J. from Eureka, Missouri was looking for a way to clean and brighten up his crawlspace. Crawlspaces like the one in William's home are exposed to the earth, which means they are exposed to mold, fungus, rot, and critters. A home with a dirt crawlspace costs more energy to heat and cool, and more energy costs more money.
Concerned, William decided to call Woods Basement Systems to fix his crawlspace problem. Foreman Micheal Rebenstorff installed a CleanSpace Liner to the floors and walls of William's crawlspace. The CleanSpace Liner has an antimicrobial additive manufactured to the material, which prevents mold growth on the liner. Williams crawlspace is now sealed from the earth, making his home easier to cool and heat.
