Chuck and Jane Warren had water leaking into there basement, so they called Woods Basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, Luke K. was able to find a solution and recommended installing a Twin pack sump pump, CleanSpace, and WaterGuard.
Foreman, Melvin F. installed the products. The twin pack pump includes two stainless steel pumps used to protect against flooding and leaks. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier used to collect water that seeps through basement walls. WaterGuard is installed in the perimeter of the basement floor below the CleanSpace. It takes the collected water and guides it to the sump pump where it can be removed from the home.
Now Chuck and Jane Warren have a dry basement.
This Swansea, Illinois crawl space was dark, unkept, and wet. Not any more! Look at the difference a CleanSpace encapsulation system made to the space. This inorganic vapor barrier will keep out water leaks and leave the area looking brand new!
Before, this crawl space had a sump pump, but the pump wasn't able to handle the demand of the area. To solve this issue, Team Woods installed a dependable TripleSafe sump pump to discard of all water that leaks inside. This pump claims its name because it contains three pumps and if the primary pump fails, the next backup pump will switch on.
A crawlspace in Swansea, IL was becoming damp because of moisture seeping from the dirt floor. This was causing mold to grow around the space. To solve this issue, Woods installed the CleanSpace Liner. This will isolate the crawlspace from the earth, so that no water vapor, dirt, or debris can get in it. This is the most affordable and durable solution to remove water vapor and moisture from the crawlspace. This will also restore the home's value and peace of mind!
A crawlspace in Swansea, Illinois, needed to be encapsulated. The homeowners were concerned that humidity and cool air from the unsealed crawlspace were seeping up into the home. Woods came out and installed the CleanSpace System to address the issue. This system consists of a highly durable sheet of material that is placed directly on the walls and ground of the crawlspace. Not only does this help with the humidity, but this seal will also protect the crawlspace from rot, insects, and the outside elements. In addition to this, CleanSpace also brightens up the crawlspace, reflecting any available light back inwards. With this installation in place, this crawlspace will be sealed and protected for many years to come.
