Job review from Dale in Fults, IL 62244 on 08/19/19

You would have had a higher score if your Production Lead would have not screwed up our apt. We had an apt scheduled two months in advance and when the day came to start the job no one showed up. They were sent to another job. We were told at the time that we would have to wait another 3 weeks for the job to start, I told them that that was not going to happen, I had taken off work that week for them to do the job and it was going to get done because it was your companies fault for the mix up. They did come out for 2 days, then had to leave our job and was told they weren't going to finish for another 3 weeks, which I said it was going to get finished that next week or else. So they finally made a date of the following Tuesday to come back out to finish. We will see if that happens that should be tomorrow. I am very disappointed with your scheduling department.
