Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A foundation was cracking in Maryland Heights, MO, and water was leaking from them. To solve this issue, GeoLock Wall Anchors were first installed. These will permanently stabilize the foundation and return the walls to their original position. Next, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls and drain any leaks down to the WaterGuard System. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will drain water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharge it out of the house. This system also includes an UltraSump battery backup system, which turns on if the power goes out and effectively pumps out the water. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain dry, clean, and stable for years to come!

Foreman, Juan H., worked to install the products. The twin pack sump pump has two pumps included, placed on two levels to prevent flooding, even in severe weather. The WaterGuard works to guide water that seeps through basement walls to the sump pump in order for it to be removed from the home.

David H. of Imperial, Missouri needed some preventative waterproofing work done to his basement, so he called Woods Basement Systems for a solution. Systems design specialist, Adam R. recommended installing a Twin Pack sump pump and WaterGuard. 

Foreman, Melvin F. installed the products. The Twin Pack sump pump has two stainless steel pumps that work to help protect your home against leaks and floods. WaterGuard is installed around the perimeter of a basement floor and it is used to collect water that seeps through basement walls. It then takes that water and guides it to the sump pump to be removed from the home. 

Now David H. has a safe, dry basement.
