This system sits on top of the soil to prevent clogging. Next. a sump pump and battery back-up generator were installed. This will discharge the water away from the basement, even during a power outage. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest assured that their basement will remain dry.

Design specialist Brandon B. assessed the situation and formulated the perfect plan. Foreman Melvin F. then traveled to the home to install a TripleSafe sump pump and a Waterguard drainage system.

The TripleSafe sump pump, pictured above, has a three pumps that ensure a dry basement: primary, secondary, and battery powered. If, for whatever reason, the primary pump goes out, the secondary pump will kick in. The battery powered pump keeps the basement dry even if the power goes out. The sump pump collects water and removes it from the home through an exterior discharge line.
