John O. had an old sump pump sitting in an open pit. The open put posed a hazard in the basement as well as allowed water to evaporate into the air and raise the humidity in the basement. The old plastic pump had burnt out and left the basement unprotected, letting leaks make a mess in John’s basement so he called Woods Basement Systems. Woods inspected the basement and recommended replacing the sump pump as part of a new waterproofing system.
Woods replaced the burnt out old pump with the TripleSafe. The TripleSafe contains two powerful cast-iron pumps and a battery back up pump pump in its sump liner that features an airtight sealed lid. It offers multiple levels of protection against severe weather, even thunderstorms that cause power outages.
Maurice H. of Florissant, Missouri had water coming into her basement, so she decided to call Woods Basement Systems. Systems design specialist, Luke K. recommended installing a TripleSafe sump pump, CleanSpace, and WaterGuard,.
Foreman, Juan H. installed the products. The TripleSafe sump pump is guaranteed to keep your home protected with its primary pump, secondary pump, and backup battery-powered pump. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier attached to the wall that is used to collect water that seeps through basement walls. WaterGuard is located in the perimeter of the basement floor and it takes the collected water and guides it to the sump pump to be removed from the home.
Now Maurice H. has a dry basement.
A basement in Florissant, MO, was leaking during heavy rain and needed to be addressed. This was causing distress to the homeowner, so they decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, CleanSpace™ was used to keep the humidity out of the basement. This durable liner not only looks nicer, it also works to keep outside elements, like rot, out as well. Next, WaterGuard™ was used to collect the water that enters the basement and direct it to the nearest sump pump. This system sits horizontally on top of the soil to ensure no clogging occurs. Then, a sump pump was used to discharge the water out of the basement. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their basement will remain dry.
