A basement in Saint Louis, MO, was leaking and needed to be addressed. This resulted in the homeowner deciding to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, WaterGuard™ was installed to collect the water that entered the basement. This system will never clog due to its horizontal design that sits on top of the soil. After this, CleanSpace™ was used to encapsulate the walls and keep the humidity out. Next, a sump pump was used to discharge the water out of the basement. This sump pump has a battery back-up generator to ensure the pump keeps working, even during a power outage. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their basement will remain in great shape!
Larry D. of Arnold, Missouri discovered that his basement was leaking and holding water after heavy rain showers. He did not want to deal with a mess after every storm, so he called Woods Basement Systems for assistance.
Design specialist Cody M. assessed the situation and decided that the best solution would be to install a TripleSafe sump pump and a Waterguard drainage system. Foreman Melvin F. then headed to the home to get the job started.
The TripleSafe sump pump has a primary, secondary, and battery powered pump. These three pumps ensure a dry basement no matter what. If the primary pump goes out for whatever reason, the secondary pump kicks in and removes the water. If the power goes out, the battery powered pump turns on and expels the water out of the home through a discharge line.
Larry D. now has a dry and waterproof basement. He no longer has to worry about any leaks or flooding in his home.
This Oakville, Missouri basement had a history of water entering where the walls meet the floor. Tired of dealing with the cleanup, the homeowner called Woods Basement Systems. A Woods team installed a TwinPack sump pump and WaterGuard to keep the space dry. WaterGuard is a drainage system that is installed under the floor at the base of the walls to catch any and all water before piping it to a sump pump, which in this case is a TwinPack. Equipped with two seperate pumps, the TwinPack is capable of pumping out well over 10,000 gallons of water an hour.
Basement leaks are common, but that doesn't mean that they just should just be left alone. Water can cause all kinds of damage, so it is imperative to address leaks as soon as possible. This Oakville, Missouri homeowner was tired of dealing with a wet basement and gave Woods Basement Systems a call. A Woods team installed WaterGuard drains and a TwinPack sump pump, making the basement totally safe from leaks.
A sump pump was failing to remove the water from a basement in Saint Louis, MO, causing concern for the homeowners. To solve this issue, the TripleSafe Sump Pump System was installed. This system assures protection from everyday problems with an ordinary pump. It can handle a heavy flow of water, thanks to a secondary pump included inside that will help eliminate the water if the first pump is unable to keep up with the amount of water that is entering it. It also features a removable airtight lid which reduces noise, prevents objects from falling in, and keeps moisture, insects, and odor from coming out of the sump. This system also includes an UltraSump battery backup system which turns on if the power goes out and effectively pumps out the water. This basement will now remain dry and restore peace of mind for years to come!
