A basement in Saint Louis, MO, was leaking and needed to be addressed. This prompted the homeowner to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, WaterGuard™ was installed to collect the water that entered the basement and direct it to the nearest sump pump. This system won't get clogged due to the horizontal design that sits on top of the soil. Next, a sump pump was installed to discharge the water out of the basement. Finally, IceGuard™ was used to ensure the pipes do not freeze or get blocked by snow during the colder winter months. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their basement will remain healthy, dry, and stable.

Foreman Donald A. and his team installed a TwinPack sump system to remove excess water. TwinPack uses two cast-iron Zoeller pumps for two levels of protection. WaterGuard drain systems were also added for additional protection from water.
A basement in Saint Louis, Missouri, had some water seepage issues. There was a preexisting sump pump already in place, however, the water was not able to get to the sump pump to be removed. Woods came in and installed a French drain system to rectify this issue. The WaterGuard System collects water and directs it to the sump pump nearby. Specialized pipes are laid directly underneath the floor and sit on top of the soil to prevent clogging from dirt or other debris. With this system in place, the water will have no issues getting to the sump pump so it can be directed outside and away from the home. Thanks to Woods this basement will be dry for many years to come!
CleanSpace was installed over a large crack in this St Louis basement to guide leaking water directly into the WaterGuard drainage system, into the sump pump, and out of the home.
