Jeremy recommended installing WaterGuard in order to completely waterproof the basement. Foreman, Donald A. and his team installed the new draining system around the perimeter of Greg's basement. Once completed, Greg was excited that now he wouldn't have to worry about the safety of his basement for many years to come!

The SaniDry XP dehumidifying system was installed in this St Louis basement to replace the too-small department store dehumidifier and greatly reduce mold production and moisture in the air.

This St Louis basement ceiling had significant water damage. The homeowners had BrightWall installed to keep the water out and greatly improve the visual appeal. 

IceGuard was installed outside this St Louis home to prevent backing up of water in the sump pump in the case of frozen or clogged discharge lines.

A basement wall was leaking water in Bel-Ridge, MO, causing damage. To solve this issue, a CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls. The white color will also brighten the basement, reflecting the light. Any wall leaks will also be drained down to the WaterGuard System. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system. This system has a design that will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain dry and clean for years to come!
