In order to waterproof the space, a Woods Basement Systems team began by installing under-floor WaterGuard drains at the base of the leaking walls to catch any and all water. After this, a CleanSpace vapor barrier was put in place over the walls to seal moisture out of the space and guide leaks down toward the WaterGuard drains. Finally, a TripleSafe sump system was installed to remove all water from the home.
