TripleSafe was installed by foreman Juan H. and his team. TripleSafe is a sump pump system equipped with a main pump, backup pump and battery-powered pump. TripleSafe keeps Charles and Marcia's basement dry all the time.

This leaky basement had a failed waterproofing system and was in desperate need of a replacement.  There were large cracks in the walls, resulting in water coming in during heavy rains.  Woods Basement Systems installed WaterGuard waterproofing system in the basement.  After WaterGuard is installed, concrete is poured over it, and the basement is now permanently waterproofed.

The WellDuct window well drainage system is a proven solution for leaky windows.  The window well is cleaned out on the outside and filled with clean stone and a grate.  This allows the water to drain out of the well and through a small hole that is drilled in the wall to the inside just below the window sill.  The water runs down inside the WellDuct track to the WaterGuard system, where it is carried to the sump pump and taken out and away from the home.

The WaterGuard lines the perimeter of the room, which collects the water and is then pumped out with the sump pump. Foreman, Mason S. and his team installed the waterproofing items and now Micah can happy enjoy her water free basement!
