This was causing distress to the homeowner, so they decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, WaterGuard™ was used to collect the water that entered the basement. Next, a sump pump was installed to discharge the collected water out of the basement. This sump pump has a battery back-up generator to ensure the pump keeps working, even during a power outage. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their basement is dry and in great shape!

As part of the waterproofing solution, Foreman Melvin F. installed the TripleSafe sump pump system. TripleSafe is equipped with a main pump, backup pump, and battery-powered pump to ensure the basement stays dry all the time. It also has an airtight lid, so moisture from the sump is not released back into the basement. Rhonda and Geneva are pleased to know their basement is dry and will stay dry.
