To solve this issue, WaterGuard™ was installed to collect the water that entered the basement and direct it to the nearest sump pump. This system sits on top of the soil to prevent clogging. Next, a sump pump was installed to discharge the collected water out of the basement. The TripleSafe sump pump consists of three pumps: the primary, secondary and battery back up in the case of primary pump failure.
