A basement window was leaking in Freeburg, IL, and the water was pooling onto the floor. To solve this issue, a WellDuct Window Well Drain was installed. This will drain water from the window well and into the WaterGuard System, guiding it to the sump system to be pumped out of the house. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain dry and clean for years to come!
A foundation was cracking in Freeburg, IL, and water was leaking out of it. To solve these issues, GeoLock Wall Anchors were first installed. These are galvanized steel earth anchors that are embedded into the soil out and away from the foundation wall. Once installed, these will hold the walls in their current position and can be tightened to allow for improvement and straightening of the wall over time. These can be installed around obstacles on the wall such as pipes, sinks, or furniture. This is the best solution to straighten the wall over time, as it can fix severe problems and stabilize the foundation for good.
Next, the BrightWall Paneling System was installed. This bright, clean, and durable wall system will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls and will drain any wall leaks to the WaterGuard System, which will then carry this water to the sump pump to be pumped out of the house. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain dry and stable for years to come!
Chris S. of Freeburg, Illinois had water leaking into his basement, so he decided to call Woods Basement Systems for help. Systems design specialist, John S. found a solution and recommended installing a TripleSafe sump pump and WaterGuard.
Foreman, Greg H. installed the products. The TripleSafe sump pump uses its three-in-one system to keep your home dry which includes a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a backup battery-powered pump. WaterGuard is installed in the perimeter of the basement and it collects water that seeps through basement walls and guides it to the sump pump to be removed from the home.
Now Chris S. has a dry basement.
After several hard drops of rain and half of their basement flooding, this homeowner decided it was time to call Woods Basement Systems. To keep their basement dry all the time, we installed a WaterGuard® sub-floor system, TwinPAK™ Pump System, and an IceGuard® to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines. A CleanSpace® Wall System was installed for a clean look while also helping to keep the basement dry all the time.
Team Woods installed new BrightWall panels onto the basement walls to waterproof and clean up the previously water damaged walls. Along with the new paneling, foreman, Logan B., installed a French drainage system called WaterGuard into the footing of the basement to catch potential water leaks.
