Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Chris S. of Freeburg, Illinois had water leaking into his basement, so he decided to call Woods Basement Systems for help. Systems design specialist, John S. found a solution and recommended installing a TripleSafe sump pump and WaterGuard.

Foreman, Greg H. installed the products. The TripleSafe sump pump uses its three-in-one system to keep your home dry which includes a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a backup battery-powered pump. WaterGuard is installed in the perimeter of the basement and it collects water that seeps through basement walls and guides it to the sump pump to be removed from the home.

Now Chris S. has a dry basement. 

After several hard drops of rain and half of their basement flooding, this homeowner decided it was time to call Woods Basement Systems. To keep their basement dry all the time, we installed a WaterGuard® sub-floor system, TwinPAK™ Pump System, and an IceGuard® to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines. A CleanSpace® Wall System was installed for a clean look while also helping to keep the basement dry all the time.

Team Woods installed new BrightWall panels onto the basement walls to waterproof and clean up the previously water damaged walls. Along with the new paneling, foreman, Logan B., installed a French drainage system called WaterGuard into the footing of the basement to catch potential water leaks. 

Homeowner Dina H. of Gideon, Missouri needed her basement waterproofed. Just recently moving into her new home she had realized that rainwater was coming through where the floor meets the wall in the basement. Concerned, she decided to call Woods Basement Systems.

Water was actively entering a basement in O'Fallon, IL, causing many issues. To fix this, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was first installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls. The white color will also brighten the basement, reflecting the light. Any wall leaks will also be drained down to the WaterGuard System. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system. This system has a design that will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain dry and restore peace of mind for years to come!
