Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Wayne of Alhambra wanted to repair his water damaged basement with the help of Woods Basement Systems. Wayne was recommended a new WaterGuard draining system to collect any unwanted water that could enter the space. This is the before and after installation of the new WaterGuard draining system. Once the cement dries, this basement will look like it had before installation!

Wayne of Alhambra, Illinois was recommended a new TwinPack sump pump to replace his old, outdated sump pump. Wayne's old sump pump wasn't operating properly because the system was too old to function. Now with the help of his TwinPack system, Wayne's basement will be protected and able to handle any unwanted water that might leak in. 

Karen of Alhambra, Illinois had a water-stained basement that needed waterproofing to prevent any further water damage. Upon inspection, Karen was recommended a new drainage system, WaterGuard, and wall panels, BrightWall panels. Team Woods installed these products into Karen's basement quickly and efficiently.

WaterGuard drainage system will collect all water that seeps in and sends it to the sump pump. This system is essential for waterproofing to ensure water doesn't stand and create damage. The water is quickly discarded with the guidance of the drains, preventing water damage.

BrightWall panels are water-resistant panels that prevent mold development and water damage. These products will keep the previously musty home clean and dry. 

This Mount Olive, IL basement was installed with a TripleSafe Sump Pump. TripleSafe will use its first two pumps as a means to pump more water from the basement, or if the first pump breaks. If there is a power outage, the third, battery backup pump will kick on to continue to protect the basement from water damage.

A part of a basement wall was shifting in Chaffee, MO, and water was leaking through the bricks. To solve these issues, the GeoLock Wall Anchor System was first installed. These are galvanized steel earth anchors embedded into the soil out and away from the foundation wall. Once installed, these will hold the walls in their current position and can be tightened to allow for improvement and straightening of the wall over time.

Next, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls, and drain any leaks to the WaterGuard System. This perimeter drainage system will catch wall seepage and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, draining water from WaterGuard and below the basement and discharging it from the house. This system also includes an UltraSump battery backup system, which turns on if the power goes out, and effectively pumps out the water. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain stable and dry all the time!
