Foreman, Juan H. installed the products. The Twin Pack sump pump includes two stainless steel pumps that keeps your basement dry and protects against floods and leaks. WaterGuard is used to collect water that leaks through basement walls and guides it to the sump pump to be removed from the home. It is installed in the perimeter of the basement floor.

Homeowner Linda K. needed to upgrade the sump pump in her home in Jackson, MO. The existing sump pump was a single pump in a sump pit with no special features and no protection from flooding during power outages.

Unlike the original sump pump, the TripleSafe™ features a multiple-pump system that can operate at different rates to contend with different levels of water in the basement. The TripleSafe™ even features a battery-powered pump that can kick in to keep the basement dry when the power goes out. 

The TripleSafe™ even has extra features in the sump pit liner. Tiny holes in the liner will allow the TripleSafe™ to collect water from around the pit as well as from the perimeter drainage system. An air-tight lid will prevent any water collected in the pit from evaporating into the basement air, and a specially designed floor drain will allow water to enter from above the floor without letting any air out of the pit. The TripleSafe™ even features a special alarm that will sound when water levels rise dangerously high or significant leaks begin to leak into the sump pit from above, like in the event of a plumbing leak.
