Customer, Jennifer from Highland, Illinois had flooding issues in her basement after heavy rains. To prevent any further flooding she called Woods Basement Systems to see what could be done. Systems design specialist, Luke K., recommended installing a waterproofing system including a TripleSafe sump pump, WaterGuard, and an IceGuard.
Foreman, Jose L., installed the products. The TripleSafe sump pump is guaranteed to keep your basement dry with its primary pump, secondary pump, and a battery back-up pump. The WaterGuard system collects water as it seeps through the basement walls, guides it to the sump pump, and out of the home. The IceGuard is placed on the outside of the home and is there to allow water to escape the sump pump discharge line in case the pipes freeze or clog, instead of going down into the basement.
Now, Jennifer T. can sleep easy, knwoing she will hava a dry basement when it rains.
Courtney of Highland, Illinois needed her basement to be waterproofed for preventative work, so she called Woods Basement Systems. Upon further inspection, systems design specialist, Luke B. recommended installing a Twin Pack sump pump and WaterGuard system.
Foreman, Donald A. installed the products. The Twin Pack sump pump includes two stainless steel pumps for extra protection and they are placed at different heights in order to combat against flooding and leaks. WaterGuard is installed in the perimeter of the basement floor. It works to collect water that seeps into basement walls and guides it to the sump pump to be removed from the home.
Now Courtney L. has a watertight basement.

Woods Basement Systems was called out to this Highland, Illinois basement to help with water leak issues. The basement was plagued with leaks during extended periods of rain, and the homeowner was tired of the cleanup. In order to waterproof the space, a Woods team installed WaterGuard drains underneath the flooring at the base of the leaking walls to catch any water and prevent it from making its way into the space.
