This Keyesport, Illinois basement was used for multiple purposes like storage, living space, and a guest bedroom. The homeowner added an extra bedroom in the basement for guest, but they had noticed water damages on the walls. The homeowners had previously installed a barrier some years before, so the only install to be made was a new dehumidifier to contain the high humidity. The dehumidifier that was installed is called the SaniDry Sedona. It is specifically designed operate in crawlspaces and other areas with similar humidity levels. With this dehumidifier in place, conditions in this crawlspace are guaranteed to be dryer.

A Woods team first installed under-floor WaterGuard drains at the base of the leaking walls to catch any and all water and prevent it from making it onto the floor.
