Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Murali K. of Mount Vernon, IL noticed water seeping into the basement and soaking the carpet. After removing some drywall and the skirting board, he found cracks in his foundation. Water was leaking in through the cracks, as well as through the joint between the foundation walls and floors, which had begun to rot the dry wall and woods frames, especially the lower half so they called Woods Basement Systems. Woods installed the WaterGuard drainage system under the cement floors along the perimeter of the basement. WaterGuard features wall flanges as well as channel holes so it can collect water to from the foundation walls and floors of the basement and drain it to the sump pump for removal. Other systems sit either along the concrete footing or on the exterior of the foundation and are notorious for getting clogged by mud and plant roots. WaterGuard sits on top of the concrete footing, away from any mud or debris that might clog it.
