Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Water was entering a basement through one of its windows in Ellisville, MO, and pooling onto the floor. To solve this issue, a WellDuct was installed. This will drain water from the window well and into the WaterGuard System, which was installed next. This drainage system is installed adjacent to the basement and provides a channel that connects to the sump pump.  Its design will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes. This basement will now stay dry all the time!

A sump pump in Manchester, Missouri, was not entirely keeping the water out of this basement. Woods came in and installed some drains to assist the sump pump and make conditions dryer. The WaterGuard System collects water and directs it to the sump pump nearby. Plastic pipes are laid directly underneath the floor and sit on top of the soil to prevent clogging from dirt or other debris. With this system installation in addition to the sump pump, this basement is sure to stay dry for years to come.
