Several cracks were forming in this Ballwin Missouri basement and two were beginning to leak so the homeowner hired us to repair them once and for all.
Water was entering a basement window well in Manchester, MO, and starting to leak into the basement. To solve this issue, the SunHouse Basement Window Enclosure was installed. This system gives an attractive, bright, and clean solution that keeps rain out, prevents weeds from growing inside, and reflects natural light into the basement. This will make a dramatic difference inside and outside the home and will restore peace of mind for years to come!
Tom and Debbie of Doe Run, MO noticed some of their concrete steps were uneven and were cracking. They wanted to prevent further cracking and damage, so they called Woods Basement Systems. Once it was concluded that their concrete steps needed PolyLEVEL injection, Woods Basement Systems sent their foremen, Joshua B. to inject PolyLEVEL.
After penny-sized holes were drilled into selected concrete slabs, Joshua worked to inject PolyLEVEL under the slabs. The entire process took a little over an hour to complete, and Tom and Debbie were extremely satisfied with the results.
A basement in Bonne Terre, MO, was leaking during heavy rain, causing distress to the homeowner. This needed to be addressed, so the homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, WaterGuard™ was used to collect the water that entered the basement. This system is installed horizontally, on top of the soil, to prevent any clogging from occurring. Next, the sump pump was used to discharge the water out of the basement. This sump pump has a battery back-up generator to ensure the pump keeps working, even during a power outage. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their basement is in great shape!
This homeowner's basement in St. Charles, MO, had a cracked foundation that leaks water, causing water damage and could potentially make the foundation itself fail. To fix this, the PowerBrace system was installed to support and straighten the foundation walls, closing up the cracks over time. Additionally, the CleanSpace basement wall system was installed to prevent water vapor from seeping in, further preventing water damage to the basement for years to come.
