Julie of Ballwin, Missouri wanted to waterproof her basement so she set up a free consultation with Woods Basement Systems to start the process. She met with system design specialist, John S., who customized a personalized plan for her specific needs. John recommended a new TripleSafe sump pump along with a new WaterGuard draining system.
These products were installed by foreman John C. Here you can see the job before and after the installation took place. After waterproofing, the next project is to install waterproofed wall panels!
Several cracks were forming in this Ballwin Missouri basement and two were beginning to leak so the homeowner hired us to repair them once and for all.
Water was entering a basement window well in Manchester, MO, and starting to leak into the basement. To solve this issue, the SunHouse Basement Window Enclosure was installed. This system gives an attractive, bright, and clean solution that keeps rain out, prevents weeds from growing inside, and reflects natural light into the basement. This will make a dramatic difference inside and outside the home and will restore peace of mind for years to come!
Tom and Debbie of Doe Run, MO noticed some of their concrete steps were uneven and were cracking. They wanted to prevent further cracking and damage, so they called Woods Basement Systems. Once it was concluded that their concrete steps needed PolyLEVEL injection, Woods Basement Systems sent their foremen, Joshua B. to inject PolyLEVEL.
After penny-sized holes were drilled into selected concrete slabs, Joshua worked to inject PolyLEVEL under the slabs. The entire process took a little over an hour to complete, and Tom and Debbie were extremely satisfied with the results.
A basement in Bonne Terre, MO, was leaking during heavy rain, causing distress to the homeowner. This needed to be addressed, so the homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, WaterGuard™ was used to collect the water that entered the basement. This system is installed horizontally, on top of the soil, to prevent any clogging from occurring. Next, the sump pump was used to discharge the water out of the basement. This sump pump has a battery back-up generator to ensure the pump keeps working, even during a power outage. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their basement is in great shape!
