Outstanding service, professional at every part of the project, I would highly recommend Woods Basement. Installation crew was professional, responsible, answered all of my questions, made sure I knew what was happening and why, and even when my cat disappeared, they helped us locate him in the crawl space. They protected our flooring and respected the areas that they were working in, ensuring everything was done with the highest of standards. Juan, Cesar, Travion were polite and professional. They were great to work with. Everything was cleaned up when the job was complete.
