Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This St. Louis, Missouri home was old and damaged with the amount of water that would leak inside. To solve this issue at the source, Team Woods installed a TripleSafe sump pump to pump out the water leaks and WaterGuard drains to collect the leaks. 

Webster Groves, Missouri homeowner Tracy needed help waterproofing her basement. She gave Woods Basement Systems a call and System Design Specialist Sam developed a plan for her. 

Foreman Greg and his crew installed a TwinPack sump pump with IceGuard and WaterGuard for Tracy. The WaterGuard will lead all water to the sump pump before it gets to the floor. The TwinPack will force the water out of the home. The IceGuard goes on the discharge line to give the water a way out when the line is clogged or frozen. 

Tracy now can enjoy her dry basement. 

Kate S is worried about water getting in her basement. When it rains, groundwater seeps through cracks in the concrete floor. She would like to get a sump pump installed to dispose of the water. 

Michael D and his crew installed WaterGuard to catch, seal up, and drain away water directly to the TripleSafe sump system, which was also installed to pump out the water. This will stop water from leaking onto the floors. 

In the before image, the concrete is being dug up so TripleSafe can be installed. In the after photo, Waterguard is under the fresh concrete leading to the Sump System. This is where the groundwater will go, so it doesn’t leak onto the floors. 

Kate can now relax knowing that her basement will stay dry!

This homeowner's basement was flooding, and putting their home at risk of more damage. The WaterGuard perimeter drainage system was installed along the walls to drain water out of the basement. Now their basement, home, and home gym will be safe from water damage.

Water was leaking from a basement window in Brentwood, MO, and pooling onto the floor. To solve this issue, a WellDuct was first installed. This will catch the water that leaks from the basement window and drain it down to the WaterGuard System, which will guide this water to the sump pump to be pumped out of the house. Additionally, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls. The white color will also brighten the basement, reflecting the light. Any wall leaks will also be drained down to WaterGuard as well. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain clean and dry for years to come!
