Sump pump failure can occur for several reasons.  Two common reasons cited for sump pump failure are mechanical failure and power outages.  A single pump system is only as good as the pump itself.  In this case, a single sump pump system just wasn't enough to keep this St. Louis basement dry.

The pump is sure to pump any water out of the basement and a safe distance away from the home. They also installed CleanSpace to reduce humidity and mold and direct any water seepage directly to the WaterGuard.
