Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

WaterGuard was installed as part of the waterproofing system. As shown in the pictures, it’s installed under the concrete floors along the perimeter of the basement. It’s situated out of the way of any mud that may clog it as it collects water from the foundation walls and floors of the basement and drains it to the sump pump for removal.

Woods Basement Systems installed WaterGuard drains into the footing of the basement walls to prevent water leaks from entering into the basement. Previously, this basement had experienced a few leaks after heavy rains. For protective measures, WaterGuard drains were used to prevent water damage that can lead to costly, long repairs. 

WaterGuard drains are a french designed drainage system that helps direct water leaks towards the home's sump pump system. Instead of allowing water to pool inside, water leaks would be directed back outside where they belong!

Water was coming down the walls of a basement in Saint Louis, MO, so the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls and drain any leaks down to the WaterGuard System. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump to then be pumped out of the house.
